This applies to all our goods except non-stock or and to special order items (items built to order or not carried in stock). This is in addition to your statutory rights. There may be a restocking fee depending on the product. Goods must be returned in resaleable condition, complete with all contents and packaging.

Ordering

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Orders are generally all sent through TNT, UPS, Dx freight, Parcel Force or DPD. Larger orders may in part be sent to you directly from a supplier.
Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible; in many instances this may mean within 48 hours. However, stock limitations may cause a slight delay, therefore please allow 3 working days in total for delivery. Some items are manufactured to order. Where applicable notification of this and the estimated delivery times will be found within the individual product descriptions. If an order is only part ready for shipment, we will send the available items out immediately and any remaining items will arrive in a second shipment.

Delivery charges:
Our standard carriage charge is a fixed £6.95. However for orders that are longer in length delivery is £18.00. You will be able to see the calculated price once you have added items in to you basket. Free delivery is available on orders totaling over £200 excl. VAT (The shopping cart will deduct the shipping charge automatically).

Please note that products measuring over 1.5 metres in length can be delivered to the UK mainland and N. Ireland only; this excludes the Scottish Highlands.

Tax Charges All stated prices exclude VAT at the current standard rate.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you have simply decided that some or all of the order is no longer required, we will be happy to exchange the item(s) or offer a full refund (minus shipping costs) subject to the conditions stated below.

Returns Conditions:
A returns reference number is obtained from us in advance. Please call if you wish to return goods and require a returns reference number.

The goods are returned to us within fourteen working days from the date on which the goods were received at the delivery address.

Goods returned between seven and fourteen working days from the date on which the goods were received at the delivery address will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition. Items must be returned shipping prepaid (we will not refund the cost of shipping the products back to us). The items must be returned in the same condition and with all the original contents.

Goods Received Damaged in Transit:
Goods received damaged in transit will be replaced subject to the damage being noted on the courier’s paperwork or hand-held device at the time of receipt. Goods signed for on receipt as ‘received in good order’ by the purchaser, or any third party acting on behalf of the purchaser, will be treated as such and will not be eligible for replacement or refund. Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 5 working days.
